Eat Well Cookery Class:  Vegan Veggie Tart

During the cookery class, participants will learn the techniques and applications of vegan tart filling and flourless crust to create a healthy, refreshing party food. The class will also share the environmental and health issues posed by the production of dairy products. Every participant can bring 6pcs of mini veggie tarts back home, please bring your own food container.

Fee: $390 per head (Tuition and cost for the ingredients are included)

Target Group: Adult (Age 18 or above)

Number of participants: 7-20 people

Date: Monday to Sunday (except Tuesday)

  • The Green Hub is itself covered by Public Liability Insurance.  Participants are fully responsible for arranging, at their own expense, such life, health and other forms of insurance coverage as individual considers appropriate.

Confirmation Procedures

  1. Green Hub staff will notify the applicant about the application results by email.
  2. Once the booking is confirmed, change on booking detail and/or refund will not be considered unless it is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions as stated in the Participants’ Guideline.
  3. Should there be any controversy, the Green Hub management reserves the right of final decision.
