Raw Ginger Lime Tart Cookery Class

Using lime and locally grown organic ginger, this tart has a nice combination of a sweet-but-not-too-sweet cookie like tart crust with refreshing tangy cashew cream filling.

During the cookery class, participants will learn the techniques and applications of tart crust and vegan cashew cream filling. This raw ginger lime tart is made with vegan and flourless recipe which is suitable for those who are allergic to dairy products.

Each participant will take home a 6-inch ginger lime tart. Please bring your own food container and cooler bag with ice pack.

The cookery class will be taught in Cantonese.

**Please note the Vaccine Pass requirements are applicable to the Green Hub.
