Tai Mo Shan, the highest peak in Hong Kong, was once famous for tea farming in the 17th Century. The remnants of tea terraces still mark the slope today. In this workshop, participants will visit the organic tea terraces at Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden to experience tea harvesting and processing. There will be a special offer to participants who choose to stay at the Green Hub’s guesthouse to enjoy an additional herbal tea experience workshop at evening . Shuttle bus will be arranged to travel from the Green Hub to Kadoorie farm in the next morning for tea harvesting.

**Gather at The Green Hub at 08:00 and travel to Kadoorie Farm by shuttle bus together.
