Change the world, one meal at a time! A plant-based diet is not only good for your health, but also a planet-friendly lifestyle choice.

We believe healthy, sustainable eating can fit into everyday life, even for busy professionals.  Through interactive, hands-on cooking workshop, participants will learn simple and achievable ways to prepare delicious plant-based meals while embracing a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.

Workshop Highlight

  • Harvest:
    Explore the KFBG Eco-Garden and harvest fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables.
  • Cook & Feast:
    Learn from professional chefs through live cooking demonstrations and prepare a delicious plant-based buffet together.
  • Meal Prep for Busy Days:
    Discover practical meal-prep techniques, time-saving cooking tips, and strategies for creating balanced and nutritious lunch boxes.
  • Create:
    Design your own creative plant-based recipes.

Program Details 

Target Audience: Working adults (aged 22-65) 

Group Size: 24 participants  

Date: 25 October 2026 (Sun) 

Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM 

Language: Cantonese, supplemented with English interpretation 

Fee: Free of charge (Sponsored by the Chellaram Foundation) 

  • Please bring your own reusable food container and support a low-waste, environmentally friendly lifestyle.

Pick up & Drop off Location:

  • Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden, Reception
  • Complimentary round-trip shuttle service will be provided between Food Hub and Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden.
