Green Hub was formerly the Old Tai Po Police Station and has been revitalized into an educational centre dedicated to promoting sustainable living. Through a wide range of environmental education, conservation, and community engagement programmes, we inspire the public to adopt greener and more sustainable lifestyles. Volunteers are invaluable members of the Green Hub community. They play a vital role in supporting our environmental education programmes, visitor services, and conservation initiatives, helping to create welcoming and enjoyable learning experiences for our visitors while promoting a culture of sustainability.
Green Hub will be hosting a Volunteer Induction Day in August 2026. We warmly invite individuals who are passionate about community service, environmental conservation, and sustainable living to join us and learn more about our volunteer opportunities and development programmes.

Who Can Join
- Hong Kong permanent residents aged 18 to 65
- University and tertiary students, retirees, and anyone who is passionate about environmental conservation, community service, learning, and promoting sustainable living
- Enjoy working with others and contributing as part of a team
- Able to communicate in Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua and/or English is an advantage
