
Eat Well Cookery Class: Gluten-Free, Dairy-free, Egg-free Quinoa Bun
During the cookery class, participants will learn the techniques and applications of gluten-free bread and pesto. The bun and the pesto are both made with gluten-free vegan recipe, so that all bread-loving friends can enjoy the beauty of handmade bread. This class is suitable for people who love bread and want to enjoy them vegan and gluten-free. Each participant can take 6 quinoa buns (about 6cm diameter each) home, please bring your own food container.
Fee: $390 per head (Tuition and cost for the ingredients are included)
Target Group: Adult (Age 18 or above)

Confirmation Procedures
- Green Hub staff will notify the applicant about the application results by email.
- Once the booking is confirmed, change on booking detail and/or refund will not be considered unless it is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions as stated in the Participants’ Guideline.
- Should there be any controversy, the Green Hub management reserves the right of final decision.
