Booking a Green Hub Visit / Heritage Tour (Schools & groups)

The Green Hub will reopen its heritage exhibition to the public on Monday, March 1. Heritage tours and group visits will be temporarily suspended until further notice.

An online booking in advance allows visitors to enjoy priority on admission. The Green Hub is closed on Tuesdays.

For health and safety reasons, we urge visitors to follow our crowd management arrangements and disease prevention measures, which include:

  • All visitors are required to scan the LeaveHomeSafe QR code or to register their names, contact number and visiting date and time, upon entry.
  • All visitors are required to undergo body temperature checks upon entry. People who have fever (>37.5°C) or symptoms of flu will be declined from admission.
  • All visitors are required to wear masks at the Green Hub except when eating or drinking inside the Eat Well Canteen.
  • For crowd control management, the Green Hub will follow the government’s latest regulations for gathering of group and social distancing.
  • Hand sanitiser dispensers have been installed for visitors' use.

Group tours for schools* and charitable institutions are free-of-charge. Suggested age for Heritage tour is 6 or above. Applications for commercial tour groups will not be accepted. Unreserved Groups will not be admitted.
* 'Schools' refer to registered, non-profit making primary schools, secondary schools and tertiary institutions. The service is not applicable to commercial or private institutions, tutorial schools and education centres.

When you have successfully submitted the application form an 'acknowledgment message' will appear on the screen. This is not a confirmation of booking, just of receipt of the application.

Applicants can apply the Group Tour through online application, send completed application form by e-mail ( or by fax ((852) 26380110). Quota is limited, priority will been given to General Public Booking on Sundays and public holidays . The application will be handled in a first-come-first-served base. Applicants will be notified by the Green Hub staff by e-mail within seven business days of submitting the form, to confirm the booking or offer alternative dates and times. Applicants who have not received an e-mail message from our staff within seven business days after submitting the application  form should call the Green Hub office at (852) 2996 2800 to check the status of the booking.

General public can book a visit at General Public Registration page.

The Green Hub is itself covered by Public Liability Insurance.  Participants are fully responsible for arranging, at their own expense, such life, health and other forms of insurance coverage as individual considers appropriate.
