Booking a Green Hub Visit (Schools & Groups)



In response to the Government’s requirement in the wake of the resurgence of COVID-19 infections, the Green Hub’s heritage exhibition and gardens will be temporarily closed from 7 January 2022 until further notice. Our Eat Well Canteen and Co-op Shop will remain open. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will pay close attention to the COVID-19 situation and look forward to resume our full services soon.

Our regular Heritage Tour and group visit booking will be temporarily suspended from 7 January 2022 until further notice.

To comply with the Government’s regulations on social gathering, we have a set of crowd control measures in place. An online booking in advance allows visitors to enjoy priority on admission. 

We urge visitors to follow our disease prevention measures, which include:

  • Under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F) (the Regulation), all visitors must scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” venue QR code using the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile application before entering this premises.
  • Visitors who are eligible not to do so, including persons aged 65 or above and aged 15 or below; persons with disability; and other persons recognised by the Government or organisation(s) authorised by the Government, have to complete and return a record form upon admission with their names, their contact numbers and the date and time of their visits clearly stated. 
  • All visitors are required to undergo and pass body temperature checks upon entry.  People who have fever (>37.50C) or symptoms of flu will be declined from admission.
  • All visitors are required to wear masks at the Green Hub except when eating or drinking inside the Eat Well Canteen.
  • The Green Hub will follow the Government’s latest regulations to update our disease prevention and crowd control measures.
  • Hand sanitiser dispensers have been installed for visitors' use.
  • Please also follow the Green Hub’s general visitor guidelines.

Remarks: The Green Hub is itself covered by Public Liability Insurance.  Participants are fully responsible for arranging, at their own expense, such life, health and other forms of insurance coverage as individual considers appropriate.


  • Schools* and Charitable institutions are welcome to book a visit through online application.
  • The application will be handled in a first-come-first-served base. Applicants will be notified by the Green Hub staff by e-mail within seven business days of submitting the form, to confirm the booking or offer alternative dates and times. Quota is limited, priority will been given to General Public Booking on Sundays and public holidays .
  • Applicants are required to submit copies of supporting document such as certificate of whole-day school registration or a charitable institution and corresponding participant information after receiving notification by the Green Hub.
  • Applicants who have not received an e-mail message from our staff within seven business days after submitting the application  form should call the Green Hub office at (852) 2996 2800 to check the status of the booking.

* 'Schools' refer to registered, non-profit making primary schools, secondary schools and tertiary institutions.
