❄️Winter Pickling🥬
Awaken your senses and explore the world of pickling

Pickling is not only an ancient method of preserving food but also a record of life and taste.
Each jar of pickled delicacies exudes hometown flavors, allowing us to feel the love of our family and an appreciation for food.

This pickling class uses a vegan recipe developed and taught by the chef from our Eat Well Canteen. You will master the techniques for making pickled vegetables and sweet and sour cabbage, providing diverse, healthy, and delicious options for your everyday meals.

Learning Highlights:

  • Share the chef's pickling experiences and learn effective seasoning techniques.
  • Freely choose ingredients for pickling and understand the characteristics and handling methods of different ingredients.
  • Taste the pickling results together and experience the joy of homemade deliciousness.

Tips About Pickling:

  • Pickling promotes local and seasonal vegetables, supporting local farming and reducing carbon footprints. 🌍
  • Pickling enhances fermentation, boosting nutrition and providing probiotics. 🥬
