EW097 Vegan Veggie quiche & Organic Herbal Tea (24 OCT 2020)

 

This cooking class will make vegan veggie quiche with seasonal vegetables and chickpea, accompanied by organic herbal tea. The filling and crust of the quiche are vegan and gluten-free, which is especially suitable for those who are allergic to dairy or gluten products.

During the cookery class, participants will learn the techniques and applications of vegan quiche filling and flourless crust to create a healthy, refreshing party food. The class will also share the environmental and health issues posed by the production of dairy products. Every participant can bring 6pcs of mini veggie quiche back home.

The class will be taught in Cantonese.
