Autumn Special- “Herbal Soup” Vegan Mousse Cake Cookery Class

According to traditional Chinese wisdom, we should maintain the harmony and balance of our bodies by nourishing “Yang” in spring and summer; and enriching “Yin” in autumn and winter. Consuming various herbal soup in the four seasons can help to counter-react the imbalance caused by the change of weather and climate.

Eat Well Canteen has created a new dessert- “Herbal Soup” Vegan Mousse Cake served with luscious longan sauce to nourish our body from inside out., This 120-minute cookery class integrated the traditional health wisdom with Western-style dessert cooking techniques, participants will learn how to make a vegan mousse cake with herbal ingredients that are widely used in traditional Chinese soup.

Each participant will take home a 6-inch cake and 40ml longan jam. Please bring your own food container and cooler bag with ice pack.

The cookery class will be taught in Cantonese.
