EW099 Gluten-Free, Dairy-free, Egg-free Quinoa Bun (22 NOV 2020)

Flour is an indispensable ingredient for bread, but it is not easy for some gluten sensitive friends to eat bread.
This cookery class will make bread with quinoa and cashew, served with pesto and soy floss. This gluten-free bun is aromatic, soft and elastic, with a texture like bagel. The bun can be made with many different toppings, sweet, savoury or simply keep it plain.
During the cookery class, participants will learn the techniques and applications of gluten-free bread and soy floss. The bun and the soy floss are both made with gluten-free vegan recipe, so that all bread-loving friends can enjoy the beauty of handmade bread. This class is suitable for people who love bread and want to enjoy them vegan and gluten-free.
Each participant can take 6 quinoa buns (about 6cm diameter each) home, please bring your own food container.
The class will be taught in Cantonese.
