Eat Well Day Camp

This workshop aims at building connection between people and food through various hands on activities, which include herb harvesting, preparation of low carbon food (handmade dressings and falafel made with local organic vegetable) and mindful eating experience. It helps one discover that the journey to low-carbon living is more colourful, delicious, affordable and joyful than most people may think.

Fee: $450 per head (Tuition and cost for the ingredients are included)

Target Group: Adult (Age 18 or above)

Number of participants: 12-20 people

Time: 10:00-16:30

Date: Monday to Saturday (except Tuesday)

Venue: The Green Hub (Old Tai Po Police Station), 11 Wan Tau Kok Lane, Tai Po

Language: Cantonese / English

Remarks

  • The Green Hub will adopt the Centre for Health Protection’s latest Health advice to adjust class size and grouping arrangement.

  • The Green Hub is itself covered by Public Liability Insurance.  Participants are fully responsible for arranging, at their own expense, such life, health and other forms of insurance coverage as individual considers appropriate.

  • We will process your application and you will be contacted via email shortly. If you do not receive the confirmation letter in 7 days, please call (852) 2996 2826 to the Green Hub.

Confirmation Procedures

  1. Green Hub staff will notify the applicant about the application results by email.
  2. Once the booking is confirmed, change on booking detail and/or refund will not be considered unless it is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions as stated in the Participants’ Guideline.
  3. Should there be any controversy, the Green Hub management reserves the right of final decision.
