Booking a Green Hub Visit / Heritage Tour (Schools & groups)

In view of the latest situation of COVID-19 outbreak in Hong Kong, the Green Hub will be closed from 21 July until further notice. We are monitoring the situation and look forward to seeing you soon.

 

Group tours for schools* and charitable institutions are free-of-charge. Suggested age for Heritage tour is 6 or above. Applications for commercial tour groups will not be accepted. Unreserved Groups will not be admitted.
* 'Schools' refer to registered, non-profit making primary schools, secondary schools and tertiary institutions. The service is not applicable to commercial or private institutions, tutorial schools and education centres.

When you have successfully submitted the application form an 'acknowledgment message' will appear on the screen. This is not a confirmation of booking, just of receipt of the application.

Applicants can apply the Group Tour through online application, send completed application form by e-mail (greenhub@kfbg.org) or by fax ((852) 26380110). Quota is limited, priority will been given to General Public Booking on Sundays and public holidays . The application will be handled in a first-come-first-served base. Applicants will be notified by the Green Hub staff by e-mail within seven business days of submitting the form, to confirm the booking or offer alternative dates and times. Applicants who have not received an e-mail message from our staff within seven business days after submitting the application  form should call the Green Hub office at (852) 2996 2800 to check the status of the booking.

【NOTICE】

(1) In the interest of public health, the Green Hub adopts special measures, which include admission by sessions and limiting the number of people entering the Green Hub, members of the public will have passed their body temperature check upon entry. Please use the alcohol hand sanitizer which provide in reception and wear your own surgical masks during your visit. Please ask the staff for help if you feel unwell. People who do not wear surgical masks, have fever (>37.5℃) or symptoms of flu will not be allowed to enter the Green Hub.

(2) The Green Hub is itself covered by Public Liability Insurance.  Participants are fully responsible for arranging, at their own expense, such life, health and other forms of insurance coverage as individual considers appropriate.

Two sessions of Green Hub Heritage Tour are held daily (except Tuesdays and specified dates) at 11:00-12:00 and 14:00-15:00.



Tour is delivered in Cantonese unless another language requirement is specified.
Maximum number of people per session of Heritage Tour is 15 on or before 15 July 2020. Maximum number of people per session of Heritage Tour will resume normal to 30 from 16 July 2020.
