Vegan Cheese Cookery Class

This class is suitable for people who are lactose-intolerant. Each participant will take home 200g of organic vegan feta cheese and a serve of vegan parmesan cheese powder. Please bring a 400ml container for the vegan feta cheese.
 
During the class, tutor will share the environmental, health and animal rights issues that are related to industrial milk production.The class will be taught in Cantonese.

 

The Green Hub is itself covered by Public Liability Insurance. Participants are fully responsible for arranging, at their own expense, such life, health and other forms of insurance coverage as individual considers appropriate.
