R018 Herbal experience - Residential camp

About the course

Herbs are widely used in culinary and herbal medicine has its roots in every culture around the world. In this two-day residential camp, participants will visit the Eco-garden at Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden to learn herb-planting skills and harvest fresh organic herbs. Staying at the Green Hub’s guesthouse for a night, participants will apply a wide range of herbs to cook (and enjoy) meals together, pickling organic produce and make natural soap.

Fee:$1,000 per participants - $1,300 per participants (The fee includes one-night accommodation and three meals)*

* Fee depends on the room type. Most of the rooms are equiped with fan only and participants need to share toilet and bathroom with other participants. Participants will be accepted for this workshop on a first-come-first-served basis.
